A simple step to getting a genuine smile.

A simple strategy that Atlas Studios Bay Area uses to get genuine smiles, is actually to ask our client not to smile at all. A flower should take time to bloom and blossom, and when it does, much like a smile is beautiful and genuine. Taking this approach to give your client a few extra moments to feel relaxed and comfortable, you will find that it doesn't require many images to be taken during the session, because in the blink of an eye, the most beautiful things in life are here one second and gone the next. This works especially well for introverts and shy personalities. Happy shooting and doesn't really apply to those who turn on for the camera always. Not everyone wants to show their teeth, or they are more modest than others. The point is to capture a beautiful and sophisticated image that communicates your clients message to their audience.
